Here at Four Locust Farms, a fourth-generation Virginia Century Farm, we've been raising Black Angus and Hereford cattle for decades. Our cattle spend their entire lives on lush, open pastures, receiving the highest quality of care in a low-stress, natural environment. Our steers are grass-fed and grain-finished at maturity to enhance marbling and deliver the bold, savory flavor our customers love.

We believe in doing things the right way by adding no hormones or steroids. We deliver clean, straightforward beef raised with integrity and respect for the animals and the land. 

Because knowing where your food comes from matters, we offer true farm-to-table transparency: our steers leave the farm only once for USDA-inspected processing, ensuring traceability, peak freshness, and a source you can trust: from our pasture to your plate.

Orders are processed within 1-week and are ready for pick-up upon scheduling. Shipping is not available at this time. Only cash is accepted at this time.
